- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with month-end closing processes and journal entries
- Support budgeting and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks
- Collaborate with senior team on tax preparation and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
