Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Maintain and update the general ledger using QuickBooks Online.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and budgets.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and audits.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Review and verify all invoices and expense reports for accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
