Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and year-end financial statements.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Review invoices for accuracy and approve payments.
- Assist clients with financial queries and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Oklahoma City, OK.
