Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and bank reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and monthly statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital filing systems.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
