Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements with variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and Florida state tax requirements
- Oversee QuickBooks implementation and optimization for multi-entity clients
- Coordinate with CPA firms for quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Develop financial forecasting models and cash flow projections
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certification (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record in payroll processing and tax compliance (FL experience essential)
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
