Responsibilities
- Assist with daily data entry and accounts payable/receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process invoices and maintain organized filing systems.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero).
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
