Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and basic tax documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Assist the senior accounting team with month-end close procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior professional bookkeeping experience required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is highly preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for numbers.
