Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a weekly basis.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently for multiple clients.
- Prepare and send monthly invoices to clients and ensure timely collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial records are up to date.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a busy office.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
