Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile monthly financial statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable with zero-error tolerance
- Prepare and analyze financial reports including P&L statements and balance sheets
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for client portfolios
- Implement and optimize accounting workflows using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Conduct regular audits to ensure SOX compliance and data integrity
- Collaborate with CFOs to support strategic financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations (CA-specific)
- Proven track record of managing multi-currency transactions
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy in financial reporting
