- Execute full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses

- Implement QuickBooks optimization strategies
- Lead month-end closing procedures
- Provide financial forecasting and advisory support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Expertise in GAAP and IRS compliance
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- CPA or equivalent designation preferred
