Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reports
- Generate monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets)
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data management
- Ensure compliance with state/federal tax regulations
- Manage vendor invoicing and payment processing
- Support annual audits and financial reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and error prevention
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (QB ProAdvisor, etc.) preferred
