Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with daily precision
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee financial records
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Utilize QuickBooks Pro for daily transaction processing and account maintenance
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and maintain organized filing systems for financial documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of managing multi-client accounting portfolios
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Ability to meet daily deadlines and handle high transaction volumes
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
