Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile accounts daily
- Process accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to detail
- Generate financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Manage payroll processing for client businesses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for all accounting operations
- Communicate financial insights to clients proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
