Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and GAAP standards
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
- Communicate financial insights to clients and management
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Washington State business license (if applicable)
