Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and receivable processing and reconciliation.
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports for management.
- Process payroll for multiple clients using [Software Name].
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic financial records.
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax preparation support.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup).
- Experience with Xero or NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
