Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations with 100% accuracy
- Process payroll and maintain updated general ledger records
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Implement QuickBooks solutions for optimized financial workflows
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking initiatives
- Collaborate with CPAs during tax season and audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Excel
- Proven track record of reconciling complex accounts
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) highly valued
