- Manage patient billing inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts receivable daily and identify claim denials
- Collaborate with coding and clinical teams to ensure billing compliance
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports for leadership review
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and audit trails
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience (ICD-10/CPT coding required)
- Proficiency in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial payers
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
