Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
- Proficiency with Epic or NextGen EHR billing modules
- Strong analytical skills for claim resolution and denial management
- Excellent communication abilities for patient and insurer interactions
- Ability to manage high-volume tasks with 98% accuracy
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare and commercial insurance protocols
