- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure coding compliance (ICD-10/CPT)
- Generate monthly billing reports for financial leadership

Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Expertise in Epic EMR and NextGen billing systems
- Deep understanding of HIPAA, EOBs, and CMS guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software
- Proven track record of reducing AR days by 15%+
