Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent credential
- Expertise in Epic EMR and Centricity practice management systems
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, and commercial payer policies
- Proven ability to reduce AR days by 20%+
