- Process payments and apply credits while adhering to strict compliance standards
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract alignment with billing practices
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medical or corporate billing environments
- Proficiency with billing software (SAP, Epic, or Meditech preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare billing regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
