Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory accuracy
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance for client portfolios
- Develop customized financial models for strategic decision-making support
- Maintain meticulous documentation for audit trails and compliance purposes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)
- Expertise in month-end closing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
