Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle billing processes including invoice generation, payment posting, and account reconciliations
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate chargebacks and credits
- Prepare monthly billing reports and financial statements for leadership review
- Optimize billing workflows using NetSuite and Salesforce CRM systems
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Train junior staff on billing procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of end-to-end billing experience in finance or healthcare
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar ERP systems
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (99.9% accuracy)
- Experience with EDI transactions and HIPAA compliance
- Proven ability to resolve complex billing disputes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
