- Analyze billing data for accuracy and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA, CMS)
- Generate monthly billing reports and financial statements
- Utilize billing software (e.g., Epic, Meditech) for efficient operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing experience in healthcare or financial services
- Proficiency in medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) and insurance claim processing
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
