Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for diverse client portfolios
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with precision
- Process electronic claims and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive review
- Collaborate with collections and accounts receivable teams
- Implement billing process improvements using SAP/Oracle systems
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and claim adjustments
- Proficiency with billing software (Epic, Medisoft, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CPC certification preferred
- Ability to meet strict monthly KPI targets
