Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple client accounts
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with clients and vendors
- Generate monthly/quarterly billing reports and financial statements
- Collaborate with accounting team on revenue recognition and compliance
- Optimize billing workflows using NetSuite and Salesforce
- Conduct audits to ensure billing accuracy and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in billing software (NetSuite/Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
- Experience with healthcare or SaaS billing highly desirable
