In this role, you will play a critical role in our revenue cycle management, ensuring that all billing processes are handled efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with our accounting team to resolve discrepancies and maintain up-to-date financial records.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, ensuring all data is entered correctly into the billing system.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including sending invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
- Review and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly.
- Generate and maintain accurate financial reports and records using billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Assist in the monthly and quarterly close processes by compiling necessary billing data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
- Proficiency with billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Meditech) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and correct them efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
