Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile monthly billing statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Maintain detailed billing records and logs in our ERP system.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to improve cash flow.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Experience with billing software (e.g., AvidXchange, Bill.com, or Sage) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
