Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate invoices to clients within established deadlines
- Manage accounts receivable collections and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract terms align with billing practices
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze revenue trends
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing statements and payment issues
- Maintain organized billing documentation and digital records
- Support month-end closing procedures with billing reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP billing principles and revenue recognition
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with healthcare or SaaS billing systems preferred
