Responsibilities
- Manage full billing cycle including invoice generation, processing, and reconciliation
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and account receivables issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Optimize billing processes and implement automation improvements
- Prepare monthly billing reports and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
- Train junior staff on billing systems and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fintech or SaaS industries
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
