- Resolve billing discrepancies and denials through systematic analysis
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulations
- Reconcile accounts receivable and aging reports weekly
- Collaborate with clinical teams for charge capture optimization
- Train staff on billing software updates and best practices
- Generate monthly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in healthcare
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Expertise in Epic, Cerner, or NextGen EHR systems
- Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and billing analytics tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
