- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing inquiries and contract discrepancies
- Generate monthly revenue reports and financial statements for executive review
- Implement process improvements to reduce billing cycle time by 15%
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP billing modules
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) or similar designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition principles
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with electronic payment processing systems (ACH, credit card)
