Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer invoices with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues within 24 hours
- Reconcile accounts receivable monthly using SAP and QuickBooks
- Generate monthly billing reports for executive review
- Coordinate with sales teams on contract billing terms
- Implement process improvements to reduce billing errors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
