Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple client accounts
- Manage accounts receivable ledger with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies through direct client communication
- Generate monthly financial reports and aging analysis
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve pricing and contract issues
- Optimize billing workflows using NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Ensure compliance with SOX and financial regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/receivables experience
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven track record of meeting SLAs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Professional certification (e.g., CBP) a plus
