Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for 500+ client accounts
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies through ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Coordinate with AR teams to optimize cash flow and reduce DSO
- Generate monthly/quarterly billing reports for executive leadership
- Implement billing process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Train new staff on billing compliance protocols
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract-to-billing transitions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing/receivables experience in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and billing software (e.g., Bill.com, QuickBooks)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent
- Proven track record of reducing billing errors by 25%+
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA/FINRA compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
