Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 50+ healthcare clients
- Resolve complex insurance claim denials within 48 hours
- Analyze AR aging reports to identify collection opportunities
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate charge capture
- Implement CPT/ICD-10 coding compliance protocols
- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance dashboards
- Train staff on billing system updates and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) designation preferred
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA and CMS regulations
- Expertise in resolving EOB discrepancies
- Strong data analysis skills with Excel/SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
