- Collaborate with coding teams to ensure proper CPT/ICD-10 assignment
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports for leadership review
- Train new staff on billing software protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Epic Systems or NextGen EHR platforms
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Advanced knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
