Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial statements and general ledger reconciliations
- Process payroll and vendor payments during weekend cycles
- Prepare tax documentation and regulatory compliance reports
- Conduct weekend audits for high-priority accounts
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless financial continuity
- Implement accounting controls and process improvements
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- CPA or active CPA candidacy preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 7am-4pm)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
