Responsibilities
- Process and manage complex billing cycles for diverse client portfolios
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Generate monthly invoices, statements, and financial reports
- Collaborate with insurance providers and clients to resolve billing inquiries
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, billing regulations, and company policies
- Utilize Epic and SAP systems for efficient data management
- Train staff on billing processes and documentation standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and billing regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Medical Billing Specialist (CMBS) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
