- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 high-net-worth clients
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online and Xero systems
- Collaborate with CPAs on tax preparation and audits
- Develop customized financial reporting dashboards
- Mentor junior bookkeeping staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of senior bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Proven track record with multi-entity accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
