Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with insurance claim expertise
- Proficiency in EHR systems and billing software (e.g., Athena, Medisoft)
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for resolving complex payment issues
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare billing regulations
