Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple departments
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract accuracy
- Generate monthly billing reports and revenue forecasts
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and SOX regulations
- Optimize billing workflows using NetSuite and Salesforce
- Train junior staff on billing procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries preferred
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
