Responsibilities

- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and customer payment inquiries within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition
- Generate monthly/quarterly billing reports and analyze aging accounts receivable
- Implement process improvements to reduce billing errors by 20%+ annually
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience in medical/corporate billing or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities for client interactions
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent preferred
