Responsibilities
- Process and submit insurance claims with 95%+ accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient account inquiries
- Perform CPT/ICD-10 coding verification
- Reconcile accounts receivable monthly
- Collaborate with insurance providers for claim resolution
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports
- Train staff on billing system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Expertise in Epic EMR and Centricity platforms
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and billing compliance
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions
