Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile monthly invoices with precision, ensuring 99.9% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable, including collections and payment resolution
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies and contract ambiguities
- Generate monthly financial reports and analyze billing trends for leadership
- Implement and optimize billing workflows using Salesforce and NetSuite
- Conduct quarterly audits of billing systems and customer contracts
- Train cross-functional teams on billing processes and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medical or SaaS billing operations
- Expert knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare billing regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite financial modules
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent credential
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in financial reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing interactions
- Experience with revenue recognition under ASC 606 standards
- Proven ability to resolve complex billing disputes with diplomacy
