- Process and reconcile complex invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts receivable and collections with strategic follow-up protocols

- Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations (if applicable)

- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10) or commercial billing systems
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with Epic, Meditech, or similar billing platforms
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
