- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 200+ healthcare providers
- Resolve complex insurance claim denials with 95%+ accuracy
- Reconcile accounts receivable and AR aging reports weekly
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure charge capture compliance
- Implement CPT/ICD-10 coding updates for regulatory compliance
- Train staff on billing software best practices
- Generate monthly revenue performance dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a US healthcare setting
- Expertise in Epic, Athenahealth, or NextGen EHR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial payer policies
- Proficient in MS Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- Exceptional problem-solving for claim resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
