Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, submission, and reconciliation
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and client inquiries with exceptional service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate charge capture and coding
- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to optimize accounts receivable
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and industry-specific billing regulations
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data entry and reporting
- Monthly reporting of KPIs and revenue trends to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or professional services billing experience
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and revenue cycle management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
