- Process and submit insurance claims with 95%+ accuracy
- Reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies daily
- Communicate with insurance providers for claim resolution
- Generate monthly billing reports for financial analysis
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient billing records
- Train staff on billing software updates and protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Expertise in Epic and NextGen billing systems
- Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Associate degree in healthcare administration or related field
