- Process and submit insurance claims with 95%+ accuracy
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers daily
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with insurance providers for claim resolution
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports
- Train staff on billing processes and software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) preferred
- Expertise in Epic or Cerner billing systems
- Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes
- Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads
